Since D just started antibiotics yesterday, we stayed home today, and ended up not leavin the house at all. So no chance of eating out, whew.
Input:
B: 1.5 cups of Apple Cinnamon cheerios, 1 cup skim milk, 1/3rd of a banana
L: PBJ on whole wheat, and 100 cal pack of cheetos
D: Hamburger Helper (1.5 cups) made with skim milk and ground turkey
S: 12 oz orange juice and 100 cal choc covered pretzels
Late S: some pickle slices
Cals: 1506 calories
Output: 10 minutes of boxing, 35 minutes of Wii Tennis (my arms are gettin NICE from this! lol)
