With yesterday being a fail day, I made today a light day to help compensate.
For breakfast, I had a Fiber One bar. I had a midmorning snack of a tbsp of peanut butter. Lunch was a South Beach pepperoni pizza, and then my afternoon snack was a fat free yogurt. Dinner was Stouffers Easy Express chicken alfredo. It was pretty good! My evening snack was a Slimfast protein bar to end my day at 1215 calories.
Output: I did 30 minutes of cardio dance this evening. It's a half day for me since I just did 4 miles yesterday, and I was glad to not have to workout a whole hour!
Thats a good idea on the tsp of peanutbutter for a snack. I can't get rid of my mindset thinking I need something for the peanutbutter to "go on" lol....but for a quick snack, that is perfect for me (especially with being a vegetarian)
