Monday Monday

I ended up meeting a friend for lunch at Souper Salad which is the first time since the diet that I've been there (over 9 months!!!). It was good, and I didn't do just AWFUL.

Input:
B: Quaker oatmeal packet
S: fat free yogurt
L: Souper Salad: big salad with lowfat ranch, slice of pepperoni pizza and a breadstick
S: 100 cal pudding cup
D: hamburger helper stroganoff, green beans
S: 10 chocolate covered almonds

Cals: 1273 calories

Output: 30 minutes on the bike
