Umm that would be "Family Night In"...lol Thanks Beth for hosting!! We had a great time and Beth even made her yummmmy enchiladas.
KNOWING there was gonna be good food, I kept the rest of the day SUPER light.
Input:
B/L: 2 servings of Apple Cinnamon cheerios and skim milk
S: 100 cal pudding cup
D: 2 of Beth's enchiladas, a few chips and salsa, and 2 cups of sweet tea
S: some YUMMY lemon blueberry breakfast cake that Amanda brought MMMMM it was good.
Cals: 1495 calories
Output: got in my 50 crunches and 20 modified pushups, but sadly, no other exercise...uggh
